What is Pintoo's return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. To initiate a return, visit our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Every product page features a detailed size guide with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
